The Port Washington Fire Department teamed up with the Peter & Jeri Dejana Foundation to build a modern training facility. The center will give firefighters and EMTs hands-on practice with real-world emergency scenarios, making the community safer.

Great Neck's Department of Public Works just got a fleet upgrade with four shiny new garbage trucks. The announcement came at the Board of Trustees meeting on January 20. These trucks will help keep the village cleaner with better waste collection services.
