Rockville Centre is getting a 121,500 square-foot self-storage facility at 117 N. Long Beach Road, expected to finish by spring 2027. The $27 million project by Basis Industrial will include climate-controlled units, parking, and gated access. With 26 similar properties already in development across Long Island, this one adds to the area's growing storage options.

The Long Island Ducks are opening their Waddle In Shop for one day only on Saturday, Dec. 13—from 9 a.m. to noon—featuring jerseys, sweatshirts, and brand-new long-sleeves. QuackerJack and Santa will be on site for free photos (10–11 a.m.).
