Specifically, Bill R has been over several times and separately coordinated with our pool company to make sure our heater was running optimally - going above and beyond.

I am so fortunate to have called Proactive Home Services. I worked with them three times in the past 20 years, when I had a problem with my boiler. They are punctual, efficient, and to top it all off, courteous as well. Ted completely explained the problem, replaced a piece of the boiler with the correct part, and completed the work within 45 minutes. Although boiler problems are costly, I believe that their price was reasonable.

Universe Home service did a complete renovation , removal/installation of all drainage plumbing to sewage and installed all new hot/cold water supply lines and install all new bathroom fixtures in two bathrooms in this home that was built in 1956. The job was completed on time and the work that was completed is outstanding. We are very happy with the new bathroom make over. Thank you Brandon and everyone for making this happen.
