šļø Great Neck's New Chapter: Village Hall Rising From the Ashes

Three years after a lightning strike turned the old Great Neck Village Hall into ashes, the community is ready for a fresh start. The new $14 million building will soon take shape at 765 Middle Neck Road, right across from where temporary trailers have been keeping things running.
Mayor Pedram Bral is excited about what's coming. The new building won't just be another government office - it's being designed to really mean something to the people who live here. It's going to be brighter and more open than the old one, which felt too dark and cramped.

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolutās valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacasoās co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. Theyāve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacasoās investment opportunity ends September 18.

š Making Homes Better for Everyone
A wonderful story is unfolding in Valley Stream, where a local nonprofit called Rescuing Families is helping the Reyes family by making their home easier to use with a wheelchair.
The team is building a new ramp and opening up the layout inside. These changes will make a big difference in how the family moves around their home. It's all about making life better and more comfortable for everyone who lives there.
