Hudson Valley Property Group bought a 420-unit complex in Hempstead for $107M and will pump $23M into renovations. The goal is keeping housing affordable—99% of units will stay income-based through Section 8, with residents paying max 30% of their income toward rent.

The Roslyn Grist Mill restoration hits a new milestone with white pine siding samples now visible on the western side. The work follows a completed cedar roof from November, with full siding installation expected by summer 2026.
