🚀 Long Island Scores $30M for Startup Hub

Long Island just won $30 million to build a Regional Commercialization Center where entrepreneurs can turn ideas into actual products. The 50,000-square-foot space will serve startups across Nassau, Suffolk, and NYC, with Newlab LLC running the show. Doors should open by late 2027.
