🏈 Lynbrook Football Scores Historic Playoff Victory

The Lynbrook Owls just pulled off something special. After years of waiting, they finally won a playoff game for the first time since 2018. The victory came on November 10, 2023, during their first home playoff game since 2014.

The defense really showed up when it mattered most. They completely shut down the other team, giving their offense plenty of chances to score. Coach David Yaker couldn't hide his excitement about how everyone played.

This win means more than just a spot on the scoreboard. For the Lynbrook community, it's a moment that brings everyone together and shows what these kids can accomplish with hard work. Local families are already talking about how this could inspire younger athletes to step up.

The team's success has given the whole town something to feel good about. People are hoping this is just the beginning of more great things to come for Lynbrook athletics.

🏢 Rockville Centre Gets New Storage Facility

Construction is underway for a new self-storage facility on North Long Beach Road in Rockville Centre. The development responds to growing demand from residents and businesses needing extra space, offering climate-controlled units and top-notch security. The project will also bring jobs to the area and help support the local economy.

🎉 Trampoline Park Coming to Westbury's Empty Century 21 Building

Soar N Bounce is turning that vacant Century 21 space on Old Country Road into a 55,000-square-foot trampoline park. Opening late 2026, it'll have basketball courts, zip lines, rock climbing, and arcade games. Perfect for birthday parties and family fun after five years of sitting empty.

🏦 Baldwin Chase Bank Building Changes Hands for $3.6M

Hermes Management LLC purchased a Chase Bank property in Baldwin for $3.6 million. The deal includes a triple net lease with a 5.36% cap rate, meaning steady rental income for the new owners while Chase continues banking operations at the Atlantic Avenue location.
