Great news for anyone looking to move to Malverne! The village board just said yes to building new homes on Church Street, and everyone's pretty excited about it. The plan is to put up 12 new living spaces at 61 Church Street. These aren't just any old apartments — they're being built with both families and single folks in mind. It's nice to see the village growing while keeping its small-town feel.
