As the year winds down, some places feel especially full of promise. This 3-bedroom home on Martin Avenue in Bellmore is one of them. Hardwood floors ready to be uncovered, a full basement waiting to be shaped, and a location near the LIRR and Bedford Ave’s local gems. Not flashy—just full of potential. A reminder that a good new year might start with a good place to land.
