Northwell Health just picked up a 17,714-square-foot medical office on Sunrise Highway in Merrick. The building currently houses their affiliate, Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group, with roughly three years remaining on the lease. The deal strengthens healthcare options for Nassau County folks.
