Sea Cliff: A 1928 Cottage in a Village With Its Own Texture
32 9th Avenue is a 1928 cottage with Craftsman styling, three bedrooms, three baths, a screened porch, and a small garden. Sea Cliffâs unique vibe gives this home more character than a standard listing ever could.. The villageâs official site says Sea Cliff is known for one of Nassau Countyâs best collections of late-Victorian architecture, and its parks page points to both a municipal beach and Veteranâs Memorial Park, with open views over Hempstead Harbor and Long Island Sound. In that setting, the house reads less as a generic suburban listing and more as part of a North Shore village with a strong sense of place.
