Nassau County approved financial incentives for "The Bridge," a nine-story, 101-unit condo project in Mineola. The development sits near the LIRR station and includes a rooftop pool, fitness center, and shared spaces. It replaces old buildings and is part of Long Island's push for transit-friendly housing.

🎓 Farmingdale State Renovates Historic Campus Building
Farmingdale State College started a $9.4 million renovation of its Campus Commons building. The historic structure will become modern office space for the college's Human Resources and Procurement departments. The project is part of the school's plan to upgrade campus facilities.
