Bagel fans, get ready! PopUp Bagels is opening a new spot at the Gallery at Westbury Plaza. The Connecticut-based chain has been a hit since landing in Roslyn in 2024, and they're going big with plans to reach 100 locations by 2027. Expect their signature uncut bagels ready for grip, rip, and dip.
