Oceanside has one of Nassau’s best early-summer nature flexes. The Marine Nature Study Area is a 52-acre preserve that opened on Earth Day in 1970, with live local marine specimens in its interpretive center and elevated boardwalks linking seven study sites across the marsh. Oceanside basically has a salt-marsh classroom hiding in plain sight.

Belmont Park is moving closer to its next chapter, with racing expected to return Sept. 18, 2026, according to NYRA. The rebuilt venue on the Queens/Nassau border will include a smaller modern grandstand, a new racecourse, and an expanded paddock with more public access. For Elmont and nearby Nassau communities, the reopening brings a familiar landmark back into regular use.

Garden City: A Cape That Still Fits the Village’s Scale
157 Chestnut Street, Garden City, NY 11530.
157 Chestnut Street is a 1956 Cape Cod with four bedrooms, two baths, a full basement, and an oversized 60-by-146 property with a large backyard and patio. Garden City’s official history describes the village as one of America’s earliest planned communities, built with wide avenues and spacious lots, and this house still reads at that older scale.

Why This Collagen Works Faster Than the Rest šŸ§œā€ā™€ļøāœØ

For decades, beauty has focused on quick fixes: what you put on your skin. But the most radiant glow, strongest hair, and healthiest aging begin from within.

Introducing Pique's Carrara Marine Collagen, a true breakthrough in beauty. This first-of-its-kind formula combines Type I marine collagen for visible radiance with rare Type II collagen from wild Hokkaido salmon to support deeper structural resilience. Enhanced with biotin and micronized pearl powder, Carrara helps promote smoother, more luminous skin, stronger hair and nails, and whole-body vitality.

Designed for superior absorption, you'll see results faster than with traditional collagen. Its rich coconut cream base transforms your daily routine into something indulgent. More ritual than supplement, it elevates even your morning coffee or matcha.

This is collagen, completely reimagined. Not just glow but structure. Not just results but longevity. A new foundation for beauty, built from within. šŸ§œā€ā™€ļøāœØ
