šŸ–ļø Crescent Beach Returns After 17 Years

Glen Cove's beloved Crescent Beach is finally back after being shuttered since ’08. If you grew up hitting this spot for family BBQs or summer hangs, you know how big of a deal this is for the community. Generations of locals who spent summers there can now return to a spot filled with childhood memories and family gatherings. The beach's return brings back more than just a place to swim—it's about reconnecting with the neighborhood and celebrating a local gem that’s been missed for way too long.

Westbury’s New Supper-Club Detour

The Comet Club has opened inside The Vanderbilt at 990 Corporate Drive, giving Westbury a new night-out option with more atmosphere than the usual dinner stop. The space includes a dining room, 12-seat bar and piano lounge, private rooms, and an outdoor patio, with a style that nods to Gilded Age New York and 1920s-era Havana. It’s not really a grab-a-bite kind of place. It feels more like somewhere to keep in mind when dinner is meant to be part of the evening, not just the thing before it.
