The Bridge, a nine-story condo project across from the Mineola LIRR station, has secured $111.3 million in construction financing. The project would bring 101 residences, underground parking, a rooftop deck, fitness center, and event space to a downtown site bordered by Station Road, Mineola Boulevard, and Third Street.
