🏥Long Island Hospitals Earn Top Statewide Rankings

Eleven Long Island hospitals made it into New York's top 30 for 2026, according to Newsweek and Statista. North Shore University Hospital grabbed third place statewide. The rankings looked at patient satisfaction, quality of care, and available services across the region.

🏆Glen Cove Hospital Takes Home National Quality Award
Glen Cove Hospital became the first New York hospital to win the 2024 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from Congress. The hospital also scored a 5-star rating from Medicare and ranked 18th nationally for acute rehab services. The official ceremony happens March 29, 2026, in Baltimore.
